Terms of service

The service

OnPitch separates the vocals from songs you upload, shows the melody as notes, scores your singing and lets you record takes and make karaoke videos. The service is provided free of charge for now; features may change, and some may later become part of a paid plan.

Your account

You need an account to upload songs. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One person — one account.

Songs you upload

Upload only recordings you have the right to use, for your own personal practice. You keep all rights you have in what you upload; you allow us to store and process it to provide the service to you (including separating vocals and building notes), and to show your copy of a song to people you share its link with.

Processing results are reused for other users who upload the same recording, so the same track is not processed twice.

If you believe content on OnPitch infringes your rights, write to dmitry.eremichev@gmail.com with a link to it and we will remove it promptly. We may remove content and close accounts that break these terms or the law.

What is not allowed

Don't use OnPitch to distribute music you have no rights to, don't upload anything illegal, don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and don't access other people's accounts or data.

No guarantees

OnPitch is provided "as is". Vocal separation, notes, lyrics and scores are made automatically and may be inaccurate. We do our best to keep the site running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses — as far as the law allows.

Ending

You can stop using OnPitch at any time and ask us to delete your account (dmitry.eremichev@gmail.com). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will announce it on the site. Using OnPitch after a change means you accept the new terms.
